At HealthWorx, we will devote at least an hour to full evaluation and take time to discuss lifestyle changes to improve your health and wellness. HealthWorx wellness program goes above and beyond the basics. It’s an investment in your health and wellness.
HealthWorx provider will discuss your test results in detail, know your lab numbers to understand your health. Together, develop a personalized wellness plan. Even if you’re in the best shape or think you are too young to pay close attention to your health, HealthWorx wellness program can help keep you going and give insight to your health. HealthWorx provider can also discuss best tools in managing chronic illness.

Initial Telehealth Visit with HealthWorx physician to discuss the program. If wish to sign up, $500 upfront fee. (Non-refundable once labs are drawn).
Comprehensive lab order sent to LabCorp (see below on details of labs being performed).
In-person visit at HealthWorx office for extensive physical exam, EKG, depression screen, sleep apnea screen, risk factor evaluation for heart disease, Diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia and more. Discuss results of labs to provide an in-depth look at your health. Update and recommend immunization and preventive measures. Based on vital signs, lab report, your detailed medical history and physical exam; personalized health and wellness plan will be discussed.
Comprehensive Labs Include: For evaluation of kidney, heart risk, immunity, bone marrow evaluation, screening for colorectal cancer looking for blood in stool, electrolyte evaluation, liver, hormones, iron deficiency, Diabetes, bad and good cholesterol, prostate, thyroid, vitamin deficiency.
