The process begins with a 20–30-minute physical exam and lab collection, followed by a comprehensive one-hour consultation with a physician. During this session, your doctor will review your results and risk factors to develop personalized recommendations for lifestyle adjustments, preventive care, and any necessary follow-up testing.

To ensure precise results for blood glucose, cholesterol, and insulin, we recommend fasting for 9–12 hours before your biometric screening. You may continue to drink water during this period. Please check your appointment schedule for specific instructions. If you are unable to fast, a screening can still be performed; however, please note that results for glucose and triglycerides will be interpreted differently.
