HealthWorx cardiovascular screening requires attending a testing site with your blood drawn after fasting for 9-12 hours before your appointment, so that cholesterol and blood glucose results are accurate. Dress comfortably for the EKG and physical examination. Have a list of your current medications and supplements with you, and be ready to discuss your personal health history as well as that of your family. Do not do any heavy exercise the day before your screening. Preparation instructions will be sent to you from your HealthWorx provider when you book your appointment.
