Lab Abnormality Vitamin D deficiency High C-reactive protein (CRP) levels | Eco-therapy, being outside to soak in some sun for Vitamin D or supplements. CRP is inflammatory marker, can be elevated due to lots of disease process, its not specific to any disease. Regular exercise helps decrease inflammation. |
Alcohol Use Too much alcohol use NO alcohol use (abstinence) | Moderation is key. DO NOT start using alcohol based on these factors as no alcohol use as factor was noted in someone with chronic diseases and unable to use alcohol. A confusing factor. So recommendation would be to avoid alcohol or in very moderation only. |
Physical Strength Lower hand grip strength (physical frailty) Hearing impairment | Regular fitness and exercise to improve physical strength, balance, stability and cardiovascular health. If any hearing issue, don't ignore it, get audiologic evaluation for solution. |
